If someone doesn't like the way you pulled out of a stop, didn't pull into a stop close enough to the curb, maybe you braked too hard, they didn't like your steering, basically people will bitch about any single little thing they didn't like about you driving them around and they can call the Unitrans office and complain about you. Disabled people have to be basically treated like royalty. Some people can be nice but most are mean and don't care. If you want to train a shorter amount of time, they will expect you to have complete availability for them to schedule you with trainers. Maybe even longer depending what your availability is.
